A Victorian (c.1860), bound in leather, elaborately decorated with tool work, brass clasp (gently rubbed at edges). All edges gilt. Silk moire endpapers. Some minor spotting and slightly toned on page edges. Space for 18 carte de visite photographs, but contains only two, one showing William Pullan, Proprietor of Somerset Hotel, on Parliament Street, to 1883; the other showing 'James R Ogden and Fred Proctor's brother, as boys'. The portrait of Pullan was taken by Yates and Oliver, photographers in Low Harrogate. Light pencil annotations describing the two photographs. 16mo.
